Volunteer agreement
I have read the details outlined on the volunteers page and the Dominoes fact sheet. I understand and agree to all that is required of a volunteer for the Dominoes art event, taking place on Sunday 26th July 2009 as part of the CREATE09 Festival. I will attend the briefing prior to volunteering to ensure I am fully aware of my responsibilities. I take full responsibility for my personal health and safety and general wellbeing during my involvement as a volunteer.
